Business to Business Sales Representatives wanted.
Bank Card Express is looking for driven, motivated Salespersons to join our growing team. We are expanding Nationwide as a leading Merchant Processing Solutions company. Career minded individuals whom we can trust to represent our company in the correct fashion are in need! In our 13 years of business we have not only learned how to provide excellent service to our customers, but to our Sales Team as well! This is a commission & residual pay structure, there is no base pay. We offer high commissions and residuals as well as weekly bonuses and incentives!
Our Representatives will receive:
Full industry training.
The choice to set your own appointments, receive appointments from us, or a mix of the two!
4 to 6 pre-set appointments everyday Monday to Friday. ( Minimum of two weeks per month.)
Our appointments are double confirmed and mapped out for you! You will always have time to get to each appointment promptly and they are genuinely interested business owners.
Full Managerial support with every appointment!
Pre-Set Appointments: 25% in weekly commissions and 25% in monthly residuals
Self-Generated Appointments: 50% in weekly commissions and 50% in monthly residuals!
For individuals who are dedicated and hard working there are always opportunities for advancement.
After you have reached a certain goal, you will be vested into this company and continue to receive residuals even if you retire/move on.
What we ask of you!
If accepting appointments from our team, must be willing to travel in-state for a minimum of two weeks per month
Open line of communication with your Sales Manager.
1 year Direct Sales experience
B2B preferred but not required.
Must be a driven individual, looking for a company to grow with and within
Reliable transportation, Internet, and Cell phone.
On average our representatives make xxxx to xxxx a week not counting monthly residuals. You can make much more, once you have stayed with us for a year and have built up your residuals. You can look at 55,000 to 75,000 in the first year and near a 100,000 or more the second.
Again this is a commission and residual pay structure, there is no base pay! Your pay check reflects your work! If you work harder you're paycheck will show it! If your a self motivator looking for a company to help you not control you then you have found the right place!
